Lis Wiehl, an American lawyer and writer who previously worked as a Fox News analyst.
She is an adjunct professor of law at New York Law School, previously an associate professor at the University of Washington Law School. Legal commentaries have been provided to National Public Radio and Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factor. She has appeared on The O'Reilly Factor and Your World With Neil Cavuto. The Kelly File is a show with Megyn Kelly Lou Dobbs and Megyn Kelly, as well as The Imus Morning Shows.
Wiehl was a graduate of West Valley High School, Yakima. She was born in Yakima. She graduated with a bachelor's degree at Barnard College, followed by a master of arts in literature at the University of Queensland, in 1985.
Wiehl worked as a prosecutor at the US Attorney's Office. She served as a legal correspondent for NPR's All Things Considered. She was "the Chief Investigative Counsel for Democrats in the House Judiciary Committee during Clinton's impeachment." Between 1995 and 2001, she served as an adjunct professor of law in the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle, where she ran the Trial Advocacy Program. Wiehl was an analyst for Fox News Legal Analyst from the year 2001 through 2017.
